Cancellation & Refund Policy

By purchasing Oxford IELTS’s products or joining courses conducted by Oxford IELTS the customer agrees to this Cancellation & refund policy.


Cancellation Policy:

If the customer wishes to cancel the enrollment, the customer must request for cancellation at least one week before the first class starts (or) within three days from the date of fees payment (whichever is earlier). Beyond which no cancellation would be permitted.

Refund Policy:

  • Fees will be fully refunded if the student/customer withdraws from the course at least one week before the first class starts (or) within three days from the date of fees payment (whichever is earlier).
  • Fees will be fully refunded if Oxford IELTS cannot provide course as promised except for unforeseeable circumstances.
  • No refund will be provided after the first class starts except if the fault is on the Institution side.
  • Oxford IELTS cannot be held responsible for the change in circumstances of the student/customer.
  • No refund will be provided if the fault is on the student/customer.
Refund Processing Times:

In the case of refund, the refund amount will be processed and will be credited back to the customer’s bank account as follows

Domestic Transactions (Inside India) – Within 5 – 7 working days

International Transactions (Outside India) – Within 10 – 12 working days
